As a participant
of a Gaia-Now energy healing workshop you will receive
an explanation of energy healing, as well as an introduction
to our energy systems and chakras.
You will be
shown how to sense the energy and learn how to do self
treatments. You will also learn to give distant treatments
as well as hands on treatments in a natural, unrestricted
and intuitive way.
The day starts at 10.30am with your guided meditative
attunement to the Gaia-Now energy healing modality.
Before lunch, which is provided, you will be shown some
exercises on how to sense the energy we work with and
learn how to treat yourself.
After lunch, we will discuss the energy systems and
you will learn how to find and repair problems within
them.
We will finish the day around 4.30pm.
The Gaia-Now energy healing modality is an excellent

£100, we require a £30 non refundable deposit

Couples Massage Workshops.
Massage is
an excellent way to help keep a relationship healthy;
when used on a regular basis it helps to develop a deeper,
more meaningful relationship.
The techniques and routines you
learn on these workshops
are simple to learn and effective.
The aim of
this workshop is to teach you a safe way to massage
each other. Once learned, these techniques are applied
to help reduce stress and tension. It also helps to
re-establish communications and uninhibited expressions
on many levels.
The workshop
begins at 10.00am with an introduction to the various
techniques and movements used in massage. This will
be followed with hands on instructions on the front
of the body.
After lunch,
which is supplied, we will concentrate on the back of
the body.
By the end
of the workshop you will have learned to give each other
a relaxing, yet very beneficial and enjoyable full body
massage.
To help you
remember your workshop, you will receive a manual and
the full routine on an audio CD.
The cost of the couples massage workshops is £225
per couple, we require a £50 non refundable deposit
to be paid on confirmation of you booking.
We
also offer other therapy workshops for couples, in
aromatherapy and reflexology.
